How to Handle Stress in 1 Step - Orthodox Style

Whenever you feel stressed, simply do the following:


If you are a bit stressed, keep repeating the following prayer:

Κύριε, ελέησόν με τον αμαρτωλόν
ايها الرب ارحمني انا الخاطىء

If you are mildly stressed, keep repeating the following prayer:

Κύριε Ιησού Χριστέ, ελέησόν με τον αμαρτωλόν
ايها الرب يسوع المسيح ارحمني انا الخاطىء

If you are REALLY stressed, go for:

Κύριε Ιησού Χριστέ, Υιέ του Θεού, ελέησόν με τον αμαρτωλόν
ايها الرب يسوع المسيح ابن الله ارحمني انا الخاطىء

Keep repeating till you are no more stressed. It works like wonders!
